LESSON:
A teacher in Rochester, N.Y., was placed on leave and is being
investigated after parents said he told students to *PICK* *COTTON*
during a lesson on slavery, school district officials said.
Parents of seventh-grade students at the Rochester School of the Arts
said last week that Patrick Rausch, a social studies teacher who is
white, gave balls of *COTTON* to his students on Tuesday and instructed
them to pick the seeds out.
The parents also said Mr. Rausch referred to himself as “massah” and
allowed white students to stop cleaning the *COTTON* when they asked,
but not Black students.
“This has been going on all year long,” Vialma Ramos-O’Neal, the mother
of a student in Mr. Rausch’s class, said in a Facebook post, describing
other racist treatment she said her son had experienced in Mr. Rausch’s
class. “I’m so angry and hurt for these kids.”
In a statement, Brendan O’Riordan, a spokesman for the Rochester Board
of Education, said the district had placed Mr. Rausch on leave and had
opened an investigation immediately after learning of the allegations.
Mr. Rausch could not be reached for comment.
“The District takes these situations very seriously, as descriptions of
what occurred in the classroom by the school community are extremely
troubling,” Mr. O’Riordan said.
Ms. Ramos-O’Neal said in an interview that when her son Jahmiere O’Neal,
13, came home and told her what happened, she initially did not believe
him. “I have to be honest, I didn’t think that that would really be
something that we would be doing today,” she said.
But then she saw a Facebook post from another outraged parent, Precious
Tross Morris, showing the balls of *COTTON* she said her daughter,
Ja’Nasia Brown, 13, who was also in Mr. Rausch’s class that day, had
brought home from school.
There was a certain New York subway terrorist of 12 April 2022 as an
American black who used the notion "*PICK* *COTTON*" in media reports of
his YouTube rants ...

- The poem which was written as a single action on 10 APRIL 2022 is
firstly a response to a black US REPUBLICAN candidate repudiating that
gay rights have any equivalence to black rights;
- It deploys provocative language such as "*COTTON* *PICKER*" which were
ideas similarly deployed by the New York subway terrorist on 12 APRIL
2022 and only known to ourselves by media reports thereafter;
- The poem's resultant categories of understanding interleave precisely
with other statements made by the black US REPUBLICAN candidate;
- It deploys the music video clip "TOY SOLDIERS" by Eminem as precise
IDEA formation being the basis for CONSCIOUSNESS STREAMING related to
foreknowledge (ie. we are neither causal nor animators of such
consciousness but merely traversing its continuum as if the cosmos was
unfolding in accord) of an equivalent type ("WE ALL *FALL* *DOWN*") of
event;
- We experienced an unfriendly as estranged disposition from an Anglican
padre who we had passed in the street locally on GOOD FRIDAY whilst
there was outside a congregation gathered in participation of an
inter-church STATIONS OF THE CROSS from persons by cause of piety having
no regard for our human rights;
- Its ultimate reality manifests on GOOD FRIDAY 15 APRIL 2022 within
NIGERIA, AFRICA during the STATIONS OF THE CROSS whereupon a CATHOLIC
SEMINARIAN playing PETER made a declaration to Jesus: 'I WILL DIE WITH
YOU.' And whilst manoeuvring to another vantage point within the

hitting his head on some tiles there that were used for the place of
setting at the Claretians Martyrs Cemetery.”

“My daughter is traumatized,” Ms. Tross Morris said in an interview,
adding that the day after the episode, her daughter did not want to go
to school and purposely missed her bus to avoid attending Mr. Rausch’s
class.
“She speaks in a low tone of voice like she’s very saddened, she barely
smiles,” said Ms. Tross Morris. “He made a mockery of slavery.”
Both Ms. Tross Morris and Ms. Ramos-O’Neal wrote on Facebook that their
children had separately told them that in another lesson, Mr. Rausch had
forced them to wear handcuffs as part of a magic trick and ordered them
to free themselves. The students were berated for not being able to
escape, both parents said.
“When he couldn’t get out of it,” Ms. Ramos-O’Neal said about her son,
he said Mr. Rausch responded, “‘It’s OK, your ancestors couldn’t do it
either.’”
Her son, who is African American and Puerto Rican, already struggles
with his racial identity, Ms. Ramos-O’Neal said.

Since the AGENCY (ie. EMERGENCY SERVICES WITHIN A DISASTER SUCH AS

function as organisational philosophy often involving some derivation as
